Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company is seeking a Territory Manager - Personal Lines to lead growth across assigned agency partners and drive profitability through strong relationships and data-driven decisions.

You'll leverage Salesforce and Seismic, manage portfolio performance, and collaborate with product, marketing and servicing teams. This role requires 8–10 years of sales leadership and frequent travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, sales, marketing or related fields.
• Typically eight to ten years of sales or sales management experience.
• Prior property casualty or financial services experience desirable.
• Strong ability to lead through influence and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Understand goals of territory and partners; identify mutually beneficial solutions using data and market insights.
• Proactively identify and implement actions to achieve territory goals.
• Lead new business and transfer processes with clear expectations.
• Leverage Salesforce, Seismic, dashboards to increase efficiency.
• Gather partner feedback and share improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with personal lines and farm geography partners, claims, servicing.
• Complete annual planning process and document in Salesforce.
• Partner with Product, Marketing to identify opportunities within territory.
• Lead portfolio management meetings to drive profitability and growth.
• May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
