Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers is seeking a Merchandiser to cover the Boston Metro area, ensuring local grocery stores are stocked and displays are up to date. You will travel to assigned stores daily to adjust shelves, set up new displays, and pack orders when needed.

The role requires reliable transportation, flexibility, and a commitment to completing tasks by deadlines. Training is paid, with benefits from day one and travel/mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills for everyday calculations.
• Ability to handle difficult customer situations and respond promptly.
• Willingness to solicit customer feedback to improve service.
• Strong communication skills, clear and persuasive in various situations.
• Ability to read and interpret written information and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to local grocery stores and supermarkets in assigned territory.
• Assist with new display setups and resetting existing displays of product.
• Pack out grocery orders when needed.
• Follow planograms to adjust shelves and move inventory accordingly.
• Clean, straighten, and organize shelves.
• Remain accountable to completion of work by assigned due dates.
