Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Merchandiser for Davidson Specialty Foods to keep local grocery shelves stocked across the Hyannis/Barnstable area in Massachusetts. This full-time role requires daily travel to stores and hands-on merchandising.

You will set up displays, restock orders, follow planograms, and ensure shelves are clean and organized while meeting deadlines. Paid training, weekly pay, and benefits from day one accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers.
• Strong customer-service skills and ability to respond promptly to customer needs.
• Clear, persuasive communication in positive or negative situations.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to local grocery stores in the assigned territory.
• Assist with new display setups and reset existing displays.
• Pack out grocery orders when needed.
• Follow planograms to adjust shelves and move inventory.
• Clean, straighten, and organize shelves.
• Meet assigned due dates and stay accountable for work.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to work.
