Job summary

AMERICAN BATH GROUP is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide in-field repair coverage across the Northeast. You’ll diagnose issues, perform finish-sensitive repairs, and ensure work is completed correctly the first time.

The role involves regional driving, occasional overnight stays, and working at occupied homes or commercial sites. A valid driver's license and practical repair background are required. Pay starts at $22 per hour, with 40–50 hours weekly expectations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience with proper prep, tool, and material selection.
• Systematic troubleshooting from symptoms to root cause.
• Experience managing mobile field-service or installation workloads with limited supervision.
• Professional communication with customers and courteous interaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose product and service issues and determine repair path.
• Perform hands-on repairs with approved tools and materials.
• Plan daily schedules and travel within assigned regional territory.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, materials, and inventory for assigned work.
• Protect customer spaces and maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Document each job with notes, photos, sign-off, and status updates.
