Ole is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for Knoxville, TN. The role focuses on growing sales within assigned routes, developing relationships with store managers and key decision makers, and delivering high-quality customer service to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in Retail or field-based sales role.
• Knowledge of basic computer functions (email, internet, MS Word).
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and professionally representing clients.
• Ability to communicate timely with Management via phone or email.
• Experience using personal devices (smartphone/tablet) and a computer.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, full coverage auto insurance, and a clean MVR.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain relationships with sales drivers, store managers, and key customer decision makers.
• Communicate goals and provide weekly updates to supervisors.
• Meet sales targets while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business.
• Travel to customer facilities to provide information and support to secure and grow business.
