Qualifications

• Proven outside/territory sales track record in a field-based role.
• Ability to develop and execute a territory growth plan.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage all sales activities within an assigned geographic territory.
• Develop a territory growth plan to acquire new customers and expand accounts.
• Prospect via cold calls, networking, referrals, jobsite visits, and meetings.
• Build relationships with contractors, industrial facilities, municipalities, and event organizers.
• Present proposals and service solutions that meet customer needs and revenue goals.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and document activities in Zoho CRM.
• Travel regularly within the territory to engage customers and drive growth.
