Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen is seeking a Territory Marketer to prospect homeowners, canvass neighborhoods, and drive sales results. You will work independently within your assigned territory and meet or exceed performance targets.

The role includes managing transportation to and from territories, complying with permits and parking rules, and earning a compensation package that includes base pay plus performance bonuses, plus benefits like health coverage, 401k match, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of canvassing or direct selling experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Sales driven mentality.
• Valid US Driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Speak directly with homeowners about our products and services.
• Meet or exceed standards by following methodology without compromise.
• Canvass and manage your assigned territory independently.
• Responsible for all transportation to and from assigned territory.
• Abide by all parking and moving regulations.
• Apply for, maintain, and carry all permits when required.
