Job summary

The Pack Labs is seeking a Territory Development Representative to drive growth across our hemp-derived product portfolio in the United States. You will prospect new accounts, support existing retail partners, and stimulate demand through field activities and education.

Ideal candidates are energetic, self-motivated, comfortable with field sales, and eager to help scale a fast-growing consumer brand. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to cover assigned territories

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years of sales, business development, retail, or account management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and conducting in-person prospecting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Territory Development: Identify and prospect new retail and wholesale accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Execute a structured outreach strategy through in-person visits, phone calls, email, and social networking.
  • Build a qualified pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Generate new account openings and distribution gains.
  • Retail Account Support: Conduct regular store visits to maintain relationships and support retail execution.
  • Ensure proper product placement, merchandising, and inventory levels.
  • Educate store owners and staff on products, promotions, and brand positioning.
  • Assist accounts with product recommendations and reorder planning.
  • CRM & Activity Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and account interactions.
  • Track prospecting efforts, appointments, and follow-up actions.
  • Provide weekly activity and territory reports.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

About the Role

The Territory Development Representative is responsible for prospecting new accounts, supporting existing retail partners, and creating demand for The Pack Labs' portfolio of hemp-derived products. This role serves as the front line of market expansion, working closely with smoke shops, vape retailers, convenience stores, distributors, and other wholesale partners to drive placement, education, and sell-through. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, comfortable with field sales, and excited about helping build a fast-growing consumer brand.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new retail and wholesale accounts within the assigned territory
  • Execute a structured outreach strategy through in-person visits, phone calls, email, and social networking
  • Build a qualified pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Generate new account openings and distribution gains
  • Retail Account Support
  • Conduct regular store visits to maintain relationships and support retail execution
  • Ensure proper product placement, merchandising, and inventory levels
  • Educate store owners and staff on products, promotions, and brand positioning
  • Assist accounts with product recommendations and reorder planning
  • Support distributor sales representatives in driving territory growth
  • Participate in ride-alongs and joint account visits
  • Help identify opportunities for increased SKU placement and market coverage
  • Assist with product launches and promotional initiatives
  • Monitor competitive products, pricing, promotions, and market activity
  • Provide feedback regarding customer preferences and emerging trends
  • Report market opportunities and challenges to sales leadership
  • CRM & Activity Management
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and account interactions
  • Track prospecting efforts, appointments, and follow-up actions
  • Provide weekly activity and territory reports
  • Utilize CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Qualifications
  • Required

  • Experience using CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of hemp-derived cannabinoid products and market trends
Pay range and compensation package

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): New accounts opened, Qualified meetings scheduled, Monthly sales growth, Distribution gains, SKU placements per account, Account activation rate, CRM compliance and activity levels.
