Job Description

The Territory Deployment Lead (TDL) will leverage local insights to design and implement strategies aimed at building a robust pipeline of highly skilled sales producers. TDLs act as a bridge between local sales talent pools and deployment strategy partners, creating complex strategies to attract passive, expert-level sales talent for Allstate’s contractor and employee sales opportunities. They utilize local market knowledge, personal and professional networks, and community engagement to promote opportunities and increase awareness among potential candidates.

We are actively seeking candidates in this region, including:

Delaware (DE), Maryland (MD), Virginia (VA), West Virginia (WV), Washington, D.C. (DC), Connecticut (CT), and Rhode Island (RI).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospect candidates and track activity data of lead flow.
  2. Develop expertise in recruiting techniques and stay current on marketplace changes.
  3. Research competitors to highlight what sets our roles apart.
  4. Understand specific company roles to confidently match candidates’ passions with Allstate opportunities.
  5. Track data using Microsoft tools such as Dynamics, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  6. Provide an exceptional candidate experience to meet hiring targets.
  7. Maintain a sales attitude and entrepreneurial mindset to attract and sell to qualified candidates.
  8. Work independently within the territory, attend and host community events, and increase referrals.
  9. Engage with community businesses and develop processes for candidate outreach and follow-up.
  10. Manage social media accounts for prospecting and sourcing, ensuring compliance and leveraging tools like Hearsay Social.
Preferred Qualifications
Education and Experience
  • College degree preferred
  • 3+ years in sales leadership or recruiting roles
  • Research experience in competitive intelligence is a plus
  • Understanding of insurance rules and regulations
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Knowledge of multiple sales roles
  • Stay current on recruiting techniques in the territory
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
  • Property/Casualty & Life/Health licenses preferred but not required

This position requires 20-30% travel.
