Allstate seeks a Territory Deployment Lead to design and implement strategies for attracting skilled sales talent. This role involves community engagement, candidate prospecting, and utilizing local market insights to enhance recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership and recruiting, with a focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience.

The Territory Deployment Lead (TDL) will leverage local insights to design and implement strategies aimed at building a robust pipeline of highly skilled sales producers. TDLs act as a bridge between local sales talent pools and deployment strategy partners, creating complex strategies to attract passive, expert-level sales talent for Allstate’s contractor and employee sales opportunities. They utilize local market knowledge, personal and professional networks, and community engagement to promote opportunities and increase awareness among potential candidates.

This position requires 20-30% travel.
