Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United States is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable in-store execution and to support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory. You will uphold brand standards and ensure stores stay aligned with company expectations, acting as an ambassador for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other leading snacks.

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to lift, bend, and move products.
• Willingness to travel across assigned markets and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Support Merchandisers and Order Writers to ensure brand standards.
• Execute daily coverage by completing store visits and documenting execution.
• Implement promotional displays following RTM plans and maintain visibility of brands.
• Follow schedules set by the DM or RTM to ensure territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Assist with onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
