Primary Job Function

  1. Achieve assigned sales targets for the territory/geography.
  2. Conduct effective field work independently without direct supervision.
  3. Report daily field activities using the assigned online system.
  4. Meet call average, coverage, and frequency norms for the division.

Core Job Responsibilities

  1. Maximize prescriptions and increase market share.
  2. Promote the division's products according to strategic plans.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders such as doctors, chemists, and stockists.
  4. Assist in strategy development.
  5. Act as a good brand ambassador.

Minimum Education

BSc or B. Pharma with at least 3 years of experience.

Minimum Experience/Training Required

Experience in the same therapy area is preferred. Candidates from MNCs and top Indian pharma companies will have an advantage. Must be fluent and confident in communication.
