Job summary

TruStage is seeking an Advisor Manager to coach and lead advisor teams and recruit advisors across a multi-state territory including Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, Iowa and Kansas. You will drive revenue, develop relationships within credit unions, ensure consistent branding, and align with TruStage Wealth Management Solutions (TWMS) policies.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic execution, and cross-company collaboration with regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7 years’ experience in the financial services industry (TPM or Bank/Credit union investment program experience preferred).
• 3-5 years leadership experience.
• FINRA Securities Industry Essentials Examination, Series 7, 63, 65 (or 66), 24 and life/health/variable insurance licenses required.
• Well-connected across the industry with leaders, advisors, partners, consultants etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall Advisor Team productivity to sales and territory plans.
• Coach advisors on developing relationships within the credit union program and ensure staff are trained with TruStage financial services and program options.
• District level responsibility for recruiting, hiring and retention of Managed Financial Advisors and Teams.
• Direct sales activities and lead the sales management of assigned managed advisors.
• Promote adherence to all sales and support processes by conducting sales process reviews.
• Serve as program expert related to our platform, B/D operations, compliance and support services.
• Ensure training occurs in operational processes, sales, marketing, compliance and technology for financial service representatives and support staff.
• Conduct self in a manner consistent with policies and procedures of ethical market conduct with high standards.
