We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a Sales Executive / Territory Account Manager to lead the charge in the Southeast market .

What You’ll Do

  • Be the face of the SYNTAX System to customers—show them what’s possible
  • Identify, engage, and win over early adopters in genomics and synthetic biology
  • Use your technical know-how to consult with scientists and guide purchasing decisions
  • Build and manage a powerful sales pipeline with a strong close rate
  • Work closely with our stellar team to deliver on our go-to-market strategy
  • Stay ahead of the curve—know the science, own the conversation, close the deal
  • Help grow our sales force as we scale

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s (or higher) in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
  • 5–10 years of sales success in life science —capital equipment experience is a big plus
  • Deep knowledge of SASH Syn Bio and Genomics markets (gene synthesis, Ab and protein engineering, NGS, PCR, qPCR, Sanger, etc.)
  • A start-up mindset : agile, proactive, ready to hustle and win
  • Strong communication, CRM mastery, and a passion for solving problems
  • Willingness to travel and meet customers where they are
  • Master’s or PhD in a relevant field
  • Experience managing key accounts a plus
