Overview

Territory Account Manager - Refrigeration - Base Salary to 115k/year - Mobile, AL

Our client specializes in the engineering, design, manufacture, installation and service of complex thermal building solutions for industrial, process cooling and recreational refrigeration and mechanical systems. Our client has a long history of success, having been in existence for over 100 years, known for expertise in sustainable solutions, natural refrigerants and heat recovery technology providing leadership and unparalleled research, development and manufacturing programs that has put them at the forefront of industry advancements and technological breakthroughs. They provide innovative state-of-the-art equipment and refrigerants to develop systems that meet even the most complex thermal challenges.

They are looking for a Territory Account Manager for their territory in Alabama, that will be developing asset and capital equipment lifecycle management plans, closing the sales using a consultative approach for large, long-cycle capital projects and service contracts.

Responsibilities
  • Developing relationships at multiple levels within the client’s organization including operating engineers, facility managers, plant engineers, plant managers, etc.
  • Develop/establish Asset and Capital Equipment lifecycle management plans with clients
  • Development, evaluation and discussion of technical solutions with clients.
  • Complete material take-offs, equipment selections and pricing as necessary to develop cost estimates.
  • Preparation and presentation of proposals/quotations to clients and closing the sale.
  • Conduct activities in accordance with company policy including safety and respecting the environment.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems.
  • Must have knowledge of Ammonia Refrigeration
  • 3+ years of industry related experience.
  • Open to considering previous sales from industrial ammonia refrigeration companies, previous senior service technicians or previous customer facing application engineers
  • Willingness to travel regularly within our client’s operating territory (Alabama) as needed
  • Utilization of Word, Excel, and other software as needed to support the sales process
Compensation
  • Base salary in the 115k - 125k/year range plus discretionary bonus
  • Monthly car allowance: $650
