Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities to boost revenue and profit.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ties with key customers, OEMs, and stakeholders, managing the full sales cycle.
- Market Development: Research new market segments, conduct competitive analysis, and attend industry conferences to expand product applications.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with engineering and operations to align customer needs with technical capabilities and develop go-to-market strategies.
- Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and provide market feedback for product innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or technical sales, ideally in ceramics, advanced materials, or electronics.
- Strong knowledge of ceramic and hermetic technologies and their applications.
- Proven success in developing new business and managing complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% across North America.
