Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of successful medical device sales experience.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

• Willingness to travel within the territory and conduct in-home patient visits.

• High energy, confident and clear communication.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Travel: Minimal overnight travel (at most 1 night per week)

• Experience in lymphedema, oncology, or physical/occupational therapy.

• Background in both B2B and patient-facing roles.

Job Description

As a Territory Account Manager (TAM), you will drive business development and patient care by promoting our lymphedema therapy devices to healthcare providers and directly supporting patients through the treatment process. This is a dual-role position combining B2B sales with patient-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians (family medicine, internal medicine, oncology), physical therapists, and occupational therapists.

• Educate providers on company’s solutions and facilitate patient referrals.

• Conduct in-home patient consultations, demonstrate device usage, and guide patients through treatment.

• Manage the insurance billing process post-patient approval.

• Prospect and grow new accounts while managing existing relationships.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas based on completed and shipped orders.

• Navigate Medicare and insurance changes impacting patient access.

• Mentor and support Associate Territory Account Managers (ATAMs) with a dotted-line leadership role.

• Demonstrate strong executive presence and communication skills.

• Maintain accurate records, manage scheduling, and stay organized in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

• Balance time between road-based sales and administrative responsibilities.

This role is 70% on the road in a territory covering a 2 hour radius of Columbus including areas like Maron, Mansfield, Chilicothe, Athens, and Marietta. The salary posted is the base salary with uncapped commission (averaging $52-72K annually), monthly car allowance and mileage reimbursement.
