Job summary

Big Bear Mountain Resort is seeking a seasonal transportation driver to safely move guests and staff between parking areas and resort locations. The role starts at an hourly wage based on experience and shifts may include evenings and weekends.

Applicants must be 21+, hold a valid CA CDL with passenger endorsement, and have a clean driving record. You will work with a team in a dynamic mountain environment, ensuring safety and timely transport for all guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid California Commercial Driver License with passenger endorsement and clean driving record.
• Current California Commercial Driver Medical Examination Certificate.
• Able to read and follow safety rules and procedures.

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of guests and employees to and from the parking areas and between the resorts. Starting wage between $23.83/hr. - $28.60/hr. depending on experience.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
• Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must have a valid Commercial Class A, B, or C California Driver's License with passenger endorsement and an acceptable driving record
• Must have a current California Commercial Driver Medical Examination Certificate
• A talented communicator having a calm and collective demeanor, especially during challenging operations
• Capacity to read, understand, and comply with documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
• Able to work flexible schedules, including second and third shifts.
