Job summary

Willamette Pass Resort in Crescent Lake Jct, OR, is seeking staff for its terrain park team. The role involves creating, maintaining, inspecting, and rotating terrain park features, while delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic outdoor setting.

Responsibilities include testing features, safety checks, snow shoveling for long shifts, and assisting with winter events. The job requires knowledge of terrain park design and operation, plus the ability to work weekends and adverse weather

Qualifications

• Knowledge of terrain park design, risk management, construction, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of rail setting and raking techniques.
• Expert skill in freestyle skiing or snowboarding.
• Prior terrain park experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment with changing conditions.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.

• Test all terrain park features and perform safety checks for all features.
• Partcipate in snow shoveling, raking, and moving snow for 8-10 hours daily.
• Assist with events held at the terrain park throughout the season.
• Diligently monitor operations to ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service while performing routine tasks.

• Support the creation, maintenance, inspection, and constant rotation of terrain park features, including but not limited to ramp and jump maintenance, signage updates, and rail setting.
• Test all terrain park features and perform safety checks for all features.
• Participate in snow shoveling, raking, and moving snow for 8-10 hours daily.
• Assist with any events held at the terrain park throughout the season.
• Diligently monitor operations to ensure compliance with all regulations, requirements, safety standards, and best practices.
• Contribute to the provision of exceptional customer service while performing routine tasks.
