Cherokee Town & Country Club in Buckhead seeks a Terrace Server to join our team. This role focuses on personalized dining experiences, learning member preferences, and delivering polished service with attention to detail.

Shifts vary (Tuesdays–Sundays, multiple time slots) with an availability premium of $2.00/hour for open availability. Previous hospitality experience and a professional demeanor are essential for success.

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide warm, attentive, and polished service to members and guests.
• Create genuine connections by learning member names and preferences.
• Guide members through menu offerings, daily specials, wine, and beverage selections.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Deliver proper food, wine, and table service throughout the dining experience.
• Anticipate needs and quickly resolve service concerns.
• Work collaboratively with the Terrace team to create a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous serving or similar hospitality experience.
• A friendly, welcoming, and professional personality.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• General knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Confidence making food and beverage recommendations.
• A team-first attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to remain active and on your feet throughout the shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Shifts: Tuesdays - Sundays: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm; 10:00 am - 3:00 pm; 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm; 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
• +$2.00/hour Availability Premium for maintaining open availability as required.
