Job summary

Nader's Pest Raiders is hiring a full-time Termite Pest Control Technician to provide uncompromised IPM-based service to residential or commercial customers. A company vehicle is provided. As part of the Arrow Exterminators family, we offer competitive pay and a robust benefits package.

You will conduct inspections, determine treatments, install bait stations, apply liquids, and maintain equipment. No experience is required—we will train the right person.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass and maintain licensing exams.
• Willingness to train and work 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide IPM-based termite pest control service to residential and commercial customers.
• Determine prescribed treatments and prepare sites for application.
• Install termite bait stations, perform liquid treatments on exteriors/crawl spaces, and treat voids as needed.
• Maintain and manage equipment and vehicle to ensure optimal operation.
• Collect payments as part of service delivery and provide customer education.
