Job summary

Palisade Pest Control is seeking a Termite Technician to protect homes and businesses by installing and monitoring termite bait stations, performing inspections, and delivering top-tier customer service. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a growing company serving Northwest Arkansas.

You will work with standard termite equipment, fulfill documentation duties, and participate in ongoing training to meet state pest control requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to obtain a pest control license by passing the state licensing exam.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain termite bait station systems at properties.
• Utilize termite installation equipment and follow standard treatment procedures.
• Conduct inspections for signs of termite activity and proper bait placement.
• Educate customers on termite prevention and treatment plans.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Lead Technicians, and Service Managers to maintain service standards.
• Complete detailed service documentation after each job.
• Adhere to safety protocols and state pest control regulations.
