HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking a Termite Technician to serve homeowners in Charlotte, NC. You will handle service calls on your route, present a neat, professional image with company gear, and discuss termite issues with homeowners while promoting relevant services.

No prior pest control experience is required; training is provided. You must be 18+, hold a high school diploma or GED, and have a valid driver’s license. Benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired
• Obtain your pest control Registered Technician credentials
• Keep your knowledge sharp by attending company provided pest & termite control training classes regularly
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff
• Complete home drawings (termites) and provide to office staff
• Keep customer informed about the service
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
