Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking a termite technician to deliver high quality pest control service directly to homeowners on your assigned route. You will maintain a professional appearance with company truck and uniform while diagnosing pest issues and offering additional services as needed.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; you must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to obtain termite/pest control licensing.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Present a professional appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff.
• Complete home drawings (termites) and provide to office staff.
• Keep customers informed about the service.
• Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
