Job summary

Terminix in Malvern, PA is seeking a Termite Technician to perform treatment services and assess termite problems in customer locations. You will communicate critical conditions, discuss remediation steps, and work in varied environments including crawl spaces and on ladders.

A valid driver's license and flexibility with hours are required. We value attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to obtain necessary licenses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of customer service experience; termite control a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Flexible with working hours (Mon-Fri and Saturdays as needed).
• Ability to obtain/licenses as required by regulations.
• Valid driver's license from the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Perform termite treatment services safely per guidelines and practices.
• Identify termite problems and determine remedial steps based on behavior.
• Explain conditions that contribute to termite activity and potential structural modifications.
• Enter and exit structures and crawl spaces; climb stairs and ladders as needed.
• Operate and maintain inspection and application equipment and power tools.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work vehicle and equipment.
