Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking a Termite Service Professional to manage a personal service route, build lasting customer relationships, and perform termite treatments. The role emphasizes independence, reliable driving, and following label standards while protecting homes and communities.

No exterminating experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. A valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage your termite service route daily with strong time management.
• Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
• Address customer account issues and future needs.
• Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Your responsibilities:

• Building Relationships: You'll create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, helping to ensure they're satisfied and loyal. Your goal is to create "Customers for Life" by delivering excellent service every time.
• Managing Your Own Termite Service Route: Handle the day-to-day operations of your route with excellent time management skills.
  • Perform both preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.

  • Partner with internal teams like customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional service.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use ladders within the manufacturer's weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
