Northwest Exterminating is hiring a Termite Service Professional to manage your own route, protect homes and businesses, and provide outstanding service in the local community.

The role offers comprehensive training, no prior experience required, and opportunities to advance while contributing to community projects through our Good Deeds Team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage own termite service route with strong time management and organization.
• Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments and apply products per label standards.
• Communicate regularly with customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Your responsibilities

• Building Relationships: You’ll create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, helping to ensure they’re satisfied and loyal. Your goal is to create "Customers for Life" by delivering excellent service every time.
• Managing Your Own Termite Service Route: Handle the day-to-day operations of your route with excellent time management skills.
  • Perform both preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
  • Solve customer account issues and address both current and future needs.
  • Communicate regularly and consistently with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Partner with internal teams like customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional service.
  • Apply appropriate products according to label standards.
• Safety First: Maintain a strong safety mindset, especially when handling company equipment and driving the company vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No prior experience necessary!
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Physical Demands / Working Environment

• Safely use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
