Job summary

Rentokil is seeking a Termite Technician in Alpharetta, GA. You will identify termite issues, explain treatments to customers, and perform inspections using standard tools. The role requires physical work including climbing and navigating crawl spaces, with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience; termite control a plus.
• Be detail oriented and willing to learn.
• Be flexible with working hours (Mon-Fri and Saturdays as needed).
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• Must possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer termite problems and understand termite behaviors to determine remedial steps.
• Communicate critical conditions conducive to termite activity and discuss procedures or structural modifications as needed.
• Enter and exit structures and crawl spaces; climb structures and stairs.
• Use inspection equipment; small hand tools and power hammer drills.
• Tolerate environmental conditions (seasonal weather, damp, dusty locations).
• Operate and maintain equipment and vehicle in good condition.

What do our Termite Technicians do?

• Identify customer’s termite problems and have knowledge of termite behaviors and habits to determine remedial steps

• Operate and maintain your equipment and vehicle in a state of cleanliness and good working order

What do you need?
