HomeTeam Pest Defense in Bluffton, SC is hiring an Installer to service new homes with the Taexx built-in pest control system. You’ll follow a daily route, arrive on time, perform termite treatments, and interact with homeowners, builders, and managers to meet deadlines.

No experience is required—the company provides training, licenses, and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for advancement and a supportive, respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines
• Responsible for submitting legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed
