Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking a Termite Service Professional (Maintenance) to operate in the field and protect homes and businesses. You will receive comprehensive training, manage your own route, and serve communities with a strong safety mindset and customer-first approach.

Starting hourly range is $18–$20. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid leave, and industry-leading training. No exterminating experience is required to start and grow with our team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work in the field independently.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to create lifelong loyalty.
• Manage your own termite service route with strong time management.
• Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
• Solve customer account issues and address current and future needs.

Your responsibilities:

• Building Relationships: You'll create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, helping to ensure they're satisfied and loyal. Your goal is to create "Customers for Life" by delivering excellent service every time.
• Managing Your Own Termite Service Route: Handle the day-to-day operations of your route with excellent time management skills.
  • Perform both preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.

Qualifications

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No prior experience necessary!
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• Safely use ladders within the manufacturer's weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
