Job summary

Moxie Pest Control is seeking a Termite Scheduling Specialist in Phoenix for a full-time, day-shift, in-person role. You will contact existing customers by phone to schedule termite inspections and ensure smooth scheduling processes.

You will handle phone, email and text communications to schedule, answer questions, and coordinate with service teams, with paid training and a strong benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Reliability, attention to detail and consistent attendance.

We're hiring a Termite Scheduling Specialist who's comfortable spending the day on the phone, reaching out to existing Moxie customers, scheduling their termite inspection, answering questions, and leaving them glad you called. We'll give you the training and support to do it well.

No pest control experience needed, we’ll train you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with customers by phone, email, and text to:

• Make outbound calls to schedule termite inspections
• Speak with new and existing customers about termite services
• Help customers overcome hesitations and confidently book appointments
• Maintain a steady call flow while having real conversations
• Respond to customer emails and texts related to scheduling
• Coordinate with service teams to keep schedules running smoothly
• Complete account updates and data entry accurately
• Assist with follow-up calls related to billing, warranties, and quality checks

Schedule

Monday–Friday (Daytime)
Rotating Saturdays (with a weekday off)
