Job summary

Blue Sky Pest Control is hiring for a full-time Termite Sales/Professional Inspector in Tucson, AZ. The role offers an average annual compensation of $95,600 with earning potential from $70,000 to $100,000+.

As part of the team, you will conduct termite inspections and related pest inspections, meeting homeowners at scheduled appointments and presenting proposals for treatment. The company provides the majority of leads (about 90%) and offers extensive training.

Qualifications

• Professional Inspector experience with Pest Management Department Licensing is preferred, but not required.
• Sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• You must have a valid driver's license.
• You are able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test and ongoing random drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Perform termite inspections and general pest inspections at customers' homes.
• Receive route leads and meet homeowners for timed appointments.
• Provide inspection findings and prepare a complete proposal with treatment specifications and pricing.
