Truly Nolen of America, Inc in San Diego is seeking problem solvers who enjoy outdoor work and independence. Earn $18.00+ per hour DOE plus commission on sales, with paid training and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, and more.

You will perform termite inspections and treatments, complete required paperwork, climb ladders, access crawl spaces, and use a variety of spray and hand tools. Training is provided.

Qualificações

• Must be 21+ and able to drive.
• Outdoor work and customer service experience preferred.
• Training provided; no termite control background required.

Excellent compensation- $18.00+ DOE plus commission on sales, paid training, medical/dental/vision (eligible after 60 days of fulltime employment), 401k, PTO and more!

What will I be doing?

• You will be providing excellent customer service to a network of customers for the world's largest family owned company. Your job will involve performing termite re-inspections and treating houses for the prevention of termites and filling out paperwork following treatments. You will climbing ladders, entering crawl spaces and using a variety of spray and hand tools. You will build relationships and be responsible for offering new services to our existing client base and acquiring new customers to grow our business. You will be responsible for building long lasting, personal relationships with everyone you meet to become the neighborhood pest expert!

What we are looking for?

• You need previous experience working with customers. You are a true professional who is committed to working full time, who loves working outdoors, who loves shaking hands, making friends and conversations easily and is a proven expert in customer service. You must be 21 or older drive our vehicles. What you don’t need to have is a background in Termite Control or sales. In fact,we'll give you all the training you need to be a success!

If extended a conditional job offer, candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, drug screen and employment verification. This position requires obtaining and maintaining all licenses (company paid exam fees) required by the State Structural Pest Control Board. Employment is contingent upon meeting and maintaining all applicable state licensing requirements.
