Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Pro (Termite Pro) in Nashville, starting at $20–$22 per hour. The role involves servicing homes, installing attic remediation, crawl space encapsulations, and other protection systems while following a scheduled route. Training is provided and opportunities for advancement exist.

You will perform safety-focused, hands-on work across various environments, from rooftops to crawl spaces, and build strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• No pest control experience required; training provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory.
• Prepare and install services (attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection, radiant heat barriers).
• Complete service-related documentation.
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride.
• Work in rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces.
