Job summary

CalPro Inspection Group in Sacramento, CA is seeking a customer-service focused professional for pest control service visits. You will build relationships with homeowners, buyers, agents and inspectors, ensuring work meets safety and regulatory standards.

Paid training to learn CalPro products, stay updated on industry regulations, obtain and maintain required licenses, and operate company vehicles. Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pest control/ termite treating – chemically treat and repair structural damage on commercial and residential structures.
• Maintain contact with homeowners, homebuyers, their agents, inspectors and others regarding work to be accomplished.
• Ensure jobs are done legally, professionally, and within specifications.
• Read and understand label instructions for treatment procedures.
• Conduct inspections to determine source of pest activity and select a solution of products and services to remedy pest presence.
• Perform pest treatments and install products to create a pest-free environment.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
