Northwest Exterminating in Mooresville, NC, is seeking a Route Support Technician to protect homes and communities by performing termite and pest control tasks while working independently in the field.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training; candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be ready to follow safety standards. Bilinguals encouraged to apply; starting pay is $18-$20 per hour with benefits.

• Follow safety standards and operate company equipment and vehicles.
• Collaborate with internal teams like customer service, sales, and management to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationships: Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.”

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.)

• Ability to work in all weather conditions
