Job summary

Northwest Exterminating Co., LLC is seeking a Termite Service Professional to manage your own route, provide on-site pest control, and deliver exceptional service in the local community. Training is provided, no exterminating experience required, and you’ll be the face of Northwest while protecting homes and families.

Starting pay is $17-$18 per hour with company vehicle and cell phone, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (paid by the company).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and drive loyalty for long-term service.
• Manage your own termite service route with strong time management.
• Perform preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
• Resolve customer issues, communicate regularly, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Uphold safety and operate company vehicle and equipment.

Your responsibilities:

• Building Relationships: You’ll create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, helping to ensure they’re satisfied and loyal. Your goal is to create “Customers for Life” by delivering excellent service every time.
• Managing Your Own Termite Service Route: Handle the day-to-day operations of your route with excellent time management skills.
  • Perform both preconstruction and post-construction termite treatments.
  • Solve customer account issues and address both current and future needs.
  • Communicate regularly and consistently with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Partner with internal teams like customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional service.
  • Apply appropriate products according to label standards.
• Safety First: Maintain a strong safety mindset, especially when handling company equipment and driving the company vehicle.

Qualifications

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No prior experience necessary!
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
