Stark Exterminators in Baton Rouge is seeking a Termite Pest Control Technician to join our full-time team, delivering IPM-based pest control solutions to residential and commercial customers. A company vehicle is provided and you’ll perform termite treatments, inspections, and customer education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Ability to pass and maintain state licensing exams where required.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform termite treatments and inspections according to IPM guidelines.
• Prepare sites, apply treatments, and ensure safety protocols.
• Collect service payments and maintain equipment and vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain solutions.
