Job summary

Stark Exterminators in Baton Rouge, LA is hiring a full-time Termite Pest Control Technician to service residential and commercial customers using an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. This role is paid hourly and involves field work across our service areas.

As a technician, you will perform prescribed termite treatments, prepare sites, install bait stations like Sentricon, and maintain equipment. No prior experience is required as training is provided, and you’ll join a supportive team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess current Driver's License.
• Ability to pass and maintain state licensing exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience necessary; we will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Execute prescribed termite treatments at customer sites.
• Prepare sites for treatment and remove debris as prescribed.
• Install termite control measures (including Sentricon) and apply liquids to perimeters.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition.
• Provide friendly, informative service and answer customer questions.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
