Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician - Termite to service residential and commercial customers using IPM. This role features an hourly pay structure and a robust benefits package including a company vehicle, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with match, Roth IRA, HSA, telemedicine, and life insurance, among others.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain state licensing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience necessary! We will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Determine prescribed treatment as marked on inspection graph and prepare site areas for treatment by removing and hauling debris.
• Apply wood destroying organism treatments/techniques (Termite bait station, liquid treatments exterior or crawl spaces).
• Drill and apply liquid treatment to void spaces, perimeters, and structures; spray applications to affected areas.
• Maintain professionalism on site and communicate personalized solutions to customers.
