Job summary

Stark Exterminators is seeking a full-time Termite Inspector to inspect residential and commercial properties for wood-destroying organisms and other pests. You will identify pests, harborage areas, and conditions, while recommending additional services and earning commissions through sales.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service as part of a family-oriented company with a strong presence in multiple states.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Possess current Driver's License.
• Ability to pass and maintain state licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer properties thoroughly for Wood Destroying Organisms and other pest problems.
• Identify insects, harborage areas, and conducive conditions while evaluating service opportunities.
• Propose and sell pest control services to supplement earnings with commissions.
• Represent Stark Exterminators with excellent customer service and maintain a positive company reputation.

Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Termite Inspector to provide uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest control customers. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A TERMITE INSPECTOR

As a Termite Inspector, you are excited to start your route each day. You will perform a thorough inspection and evaluation of customer properties for Wood Destroying Organisms and other pest problems. You will properly identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions while determining opportunities for additional services. Your ability to propose and sell services will supplement your earnings with commissions.
