Job summary

Stark Exterminators is hiring a full-time Termite Inspector to inspect residential and commercial properties for wood-destroying organisms and other pests. This production-based role offers the potential for commissions and growth within a family-owned company.

You will perform thorough inspections, identify problem areas, and recommend services while representing Stark Exterminators with a commitment to exceptional customer experiences. Training is provided for those new to the industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Possess current Driver's License.
• Ability to pass and maintain licensing/certification exams as required by state.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience needed; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections and evaluations of properties for Wood Destroying Organisms and other pest problems.
• Identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions; determine opportunities for additional services.
• Propose and sell services; earnings supplemented with commissions.
• Represent Stark Exterminators in the communities you serve with a strong commitment to excellent service.
• Maintain a positive customer experience and contribute to the company’s reputation for going beyond the call.

Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Termite Inspector to provide uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest control customers . This is a production-based position that leads the industry in potential earnings.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A TERMITE INSPECTOR

As a Termite Inspector, you are excited to start your route each day. You will perform a thorough inspection and evaluation of customer properties for Wood Destroying Organisms and other pest problems. You will properly identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions while determining opportunities for additional services. Your ability to propose and sell services will supplement your earnings with commissions.
