Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Termite Inspector to inspect properties for pests and Wood Destroying Organisms, identify problem areas, and recommend services. The role includes selling services to boost earnings and uses a company vehicle for daily routes.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and willingness to obtain required state licenses. Training is provided; 40-hour work week required, with Equal Opportunity Employer statement included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No experience necessary! We will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer properties for Wood Destroying Organisms and other pest problems.
• Identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions while determining opportunities for additional services.
• Propose and sell services to supplement earnings through commissions.
• Represent Arrow Exterminators in the communities served and provide excellent customer service.
