We are accepting applications for individuals to join our team of Termite Inspectors. By joining our team, you will be supported by 40+ years of industry experience and will serve a key role in providing excellent customer service/treatment solutions to homeowners across central Alabama.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform termite treatments, pretreatments, and install Sentricon bait stations
2. Serve as a problem solver to identify the most efficient and effective solution for each customer's needs
3. Complete all required service-related documentation for each customer, including collecting and processing payments for service
4. Create and follow a scheduled route within an assigned territory, while arriving to appointments safely and timely
5. Communicate respectfully with customers and team members

Qualifications:

1. No experience is necessary; we will teach you what you need to know to expertly and confidently do your work!
2. Must be able to bend, kneel, and crawl for extended periods of time
3. Physically able to use a hammer drill to drill through concrete, trenching tools to trench around homes, and operate augers (gas and hand)
4. Excellent customer service skills
5. Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
6. Ability to fit in crawlspaces to perform inspections
7. A valid ID and a safe driving record
8. Ability to pass a background and drug screen
9. Ability to work overtime, if needed
