Job summary

Palisade Pest Control in Rogers, AR, is hiring a full-time Customer Service Specialist to be the face of the company. You will greet customers, schedule visits, and ensure a great first impression while coordinating with service teams.

The role requires a high school diploma, reliable transportation, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and a pest control license by state licensing exam. You will document visits, collaborate with office staff, and deliver exceptional service to residential and commercial

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Clean driving record.
• Be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Able to obtain pest control license by passing state licensing exam
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic technology skills, including mobile technology, email, texting, iPad
• United States Citizen or authorized to work in the United States
• Pass background check and drug screen

• Being proactive by engaging with customers and simultaneously solving pest control problems with excellent attention to detail, thoroughness, and quality performance

• Complete the required documentation after each property visit

Work Hours: Full-Time, M-F
Compensation: Hourly + OT
