Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Terminal Supervisor to lead the Rochester terminal’s day-to-day operations, ensuring safe handling, storage, packaging, and distribution of cement products while guiding a small team.

Responsibilities include overseeing bulk material handling, inventory control, and truck loading, and coordinating with customers, logistics, and internal partners to maintain product availability and timely service.

Position Overview

The Terminal Supervisor leads the day-to-day operations of the Rochester terminal, ensuring the safe handling, storage, packaging, and distribution of cement products while supporting a small team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily terminal operations, including bulk material handling, inventory control, bagging, packaging, and truck loading activities.
• Supervise, coach, and engage employees while promoting accountability and teamwork.
