TPIS is seeking a Safety and Maintenance Repair Supervisor in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. The role oversees safety during project execution, implements preventive maintenance, and manages small CAPEX projects for the terminal.

Responsibilities include ensuring policy compliance, supervising maintenance activities, coordinating with the HSE manager, auditing contractor work, and maintaining rigorous documentation to support safe, reliable operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with supervisory experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
• Strong knowledge of OSHA construction and general industry

Mansioni

• Ensure compliance with company safety and work policies.
• Manage and control maintenance needs and initiatives.
• Coordinate with HSE manager to ensure procedure compliance by contractors and staff.
• Participate in audits and report non-conformances.
• Manage HSE risk within the area of responsibility.
• Support Terminal Manager with project compliance about company procedures and deadlines.
• Review and assess the quality of contractors' work.
• Ensure completion of maintenance within deadlines and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Lead the creation of new solutions to resolve problems encountered.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with Integrity and Maintenance Area.
• Shift work and adapt to terminal operating times, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
