Job summary

BWC Terminals is seeking a Terminal Operator to safely unload and load hazardous and non-hazardous liquids at our Minnesota facilities, working with tanks, railcars, trucks, and other transfer methods according to procedures and safety policies.

You will need a High School diploma or GED, 0-2 years of terminal experience or training, and the ability to obtain a TWIC credential. Strong teamwork, reliability, and willingness to work overtime are essential.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0-2 years terminal operator experience or on-the-job training.
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to obtain TWIC.
  • Basic computer skills and color discernment.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts.
  • Capability to operate forklifts, boilers, and related equipment.
  • Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Safely load/unload/blend hazardous and non-hazardous trucks and railcars.
  • Complete all loading/unloading per established procedures.
  • Accurately complete paperwork in compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with tank alignment for transfers or blending processes.
  • Perform or assist preventive maintenance and housekeeping.
  • Operate heavy equipment and communicate professionally with coworkers.
