Job summary

BWC Terminals is seeking a Terminal Operator to safely load and unload hazardous and non-hazardous liquids across tanks, railcars, and trucks. The role emphasizes safety, accurate paperwork, and teamwork within a busy terminal environment.

Responsibilities include equipment operation, tank transfers, routine maintenance, and strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies. Overtime and shift flexibility are required to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
0–2 years terminal operator experience.
Valid Driver's License required.
TWIC Card requested or obtainable.
Basic computer skills expected.
Ability to wear safety gear and work in PPE.

Responsibilities

Load/unload both hazardous and non-hazardous liquids from trucks and railcars safely and efficiently.
Complete all required paperwork accurately and in compliance with regulations.
Assist with tank alignment and transfer/blending by gauging tanks and operating valves.
Perform preventive maintenance and housekeeping tasks around the Terminal.
Communicate professionally with coworkers and clients; follow safety policies and procedures.
Be prepared to work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts as needed.
