The starting base rate is $45,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits and development paths. This position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and consistent performance in both indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to varying weather and heights.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work extended hours, holidays and overtime as needed.
• Solid industrial mechanical skills for routine maintenance.
• Speak, read, write and understand English.
• Ability to work independently and with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Load bulk trucks safely and efficiently from designated silos as directed by the Terminal Manager.
• Unload barges and assist with mooring and hose hookup.
• Monitor unloading processes and operate gates, valves and blowers safely.
• Follow all safety policies and perform duties in a safe manner.
• Clean terminal areas and collect daily/weekly samples.
