Ergon, Inc. is seeking a full-time Terminal Operator II at our Greensboro, NC facility. The role supports a tight-knit team and emphasizes safety, reliability, and continuous learning as you handle blending, transfers, and equipment operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, basic mechanical knowledge, and a willingness to advance from Terminal Operator I functions. This position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Stable work history.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Safety requirements and procedures.
• Work independently (self-driven) as well as a Team Player.
• Perform all Terminal Operator I functions proficiently.
• Transfer products between tanks.
• Operate a steam boiler.
• Align valves and operate pumps.
• Perform blending functions.
• Conduct general maintenance and minor repairs on machinery and equipment.
• Perform Quality Control testing using DSR & Brookfield equipment where applicable.
• Other duties as required by Terminal Manager.
